Our promise. If FileMyCase makes an error and your documents are rejected by the Georgia court, we will fix the error and guide you through a corrected filing at no additional charge.

What this covers

• Errors in form selection, field population, or formatting that cause a court clerk to reject your filing.
• Incorrect statute citations, case numbers, or court designations generated by FileMyCase.
• Missing required documents within the scope of the matter you purchased.

What this does not cover

• Information you provided that was incorrect (wrong addresses, dates, names, or amounts).
• Court decisions on the merits of your case — you complete your documents through our guided process, not legal strategy.
• Changes in law, court rules, or filing requirements that occur after your documents are generated.
• Filing fees, service-of-process costs, or other third-party charges.
• Matters outside the scope of the product you purchased.

How to make a claim

Email support@filemycase.ai with your case reference number and the court’s rejection notice. We will review and guide you through a corrected filing within two business days.

Refund policy

All sales are final. You are paying for a completed work product, not a subscription. The accuracy guarantee covers rework of our errors at no additional charge — it is not a money-back guarantee.
